Job Description
Primary Function of Position
The organization requires advanced technical expertise and innovative thinking to lead high-
priority initiatives that impact quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Essential Job Duties
• Assemble, bring up, and test manufacturing equipment in preparation for successful
qualification and operation
• Perform qualification and validation on manufacturing equipment according to company
procedures
• Troubleshooting of electromechanical systems that include motion, pneumatics,
electronics systems, PLC or Computer based
• Execute maintenance and startup of equipment when applicable
• Relocate and Install manufacturing equipment according to
manufacturers and qualification documentation
• Perform LOTO activities
• Train and Support PMC personal in Preventive Maintenance Instructions
• Document Equipment Events with no impact to product assembled
• Purchase of replacement spare parts, equipment, components
• Provide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations.
• Document and close Equipment Downtime notifications
• Report equipment findings during troubleshooting example 4 blocker
• Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
• CAD and Solidworks knowledge.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English 70%.
• Must be able to travel to the USA.
• Good communication skills.
Required Education and Training
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Working Conditions

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Experienced in ISO 13485, or medical device manufacturing environment.
