The Customer Experience and Services team at Intuitive is as varied as the challenges it solves. But everyone here shares the same urgency. When a customer calls, it matters. Our proactive team members touch every part of the business, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Innovation, and customers themselves to ensure we’re anticipating challenges before they happen. And as we find ourselves in this fantastic moment where a quarter of our team has been with Intuitive for more than a decade, and a quarter are relatively new, we’re drawing from both deep experience and fresh energy when customers call on us for help.
