We’re 600+ Customer Experience and Services team members across the world. We’re field service engineers, directly servicing our technology. We’re answering phones around the clock whenever a customer has a question. And we’re service enablers—product and project managers, data analysts, business systems specialists—innovating new solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

What do we all have in common? We quietly and tenaciously go about the business of making sure things go right—and we leap to the challenge when they don’t. Because there’s no greater responsibility than getting our technology into the hands that will help patients.

Our proactive team members touch every part of the business, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Innovation, and customers themselves to ensure we’re anticipating challenges before they happen. And as we find ourselves in this fantastic moment where a quarter of our team has been with Intuitive for more than a decade, and a quarter are relatively new, we’re drawing from both deep experience and fresh energy when customers call on us for help.
