Be the First to Lead
We are seeking a passionate innovators to help design, build, and scale our new Malaysia hub. This rare opportunity puts you at the helm of a greenfield facility, where you will:
- Lead the site from blueprint to launch, shaping operations, culture, and strategy.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team as the site grows toward 1,500 employees.
- Drive excellence in manufacturing, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with global teams across engineering, supply chain, and quality to ensure reliable delivery of world-class products.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale, regulated manufacturing operations (medical devices, automotive, aerospace) in Malaysia.
- Expertise in building or scaling new facilities.
- Strong ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
- Hands-on leadership style, with the technical and operational skills to deliver results.
- Strong communication in English and Malay.
