Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Projects & Communications Manager to help shape the next phase of growth for Intuitive India.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy, executive problem-solving, strategic program management, and leadership communications. The role is designed for an ambitious, analytically strong, and highly structured professional who can work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear strategy, strong operating cadence, and compelling executive narratives.
You will serve as a strategic partner to the India leadership team, helping define growth priorities, drive cross-functional initiatives, and bring clarity to complex business decisions. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Finance, Commercial Operations, Regional, and Global stakeholders to ensure that strategic initiatives move from idea to execution with pace, accountability, and enterprise alignment.
This role is well suited for someone with experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategy, chief of staff roles, corporate strategy, business operations, or executive communications, particularly in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other complex B2B environments. For the right candidate, this role offers a distinctive platform to influence the growth agenda of one of Intuitive’s important emerging markets, with a potential path toward broader leadership and people management over time.
What You’ll Do
1. Shape Commercial Strategy and Business Priorities
- Drive strategic initiatives in support of Intuitive India’s commercial strategy, growth agenda, and long-range business priorities.
- Synthesize internal business performance, external market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into clear strategic recommendations
- Develop executive-ready storylines, business cases, and decision frameworks that help leadership teams make informed choices
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic ambition into practical priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen market development, customer engagement, and commercial execution.
2. Drive Strategic Initiatives Across the Organization
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Build program plans, governance structures, success metrics, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
- Work with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain execution momentum.
- Provide clear visibility to leadership on progress, risks, decisions required, and business impact.
- Bring a structured, consulting-style approach to solving ambiguous business problems and moving complex initiatives forward.
3. Act as a Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership
- Serve as a thought partner to the India Commercial Leadership team on key forward-looking business decisions
- Help prepare leadership discussions, business reviews, strategy updates, operating reviews, and senior stakeholder engagements.
- Translate complex information into concise, persuasive, and insight-led executive materials
- Anticipate leadership needs, connect dots across workstreams, and help create alignment around key priorities
- Support the leadership team in maintaining a strong operating rhythm across strategic initiatives and business priorities.
4. Build Executive Communications and Strategic Narratives
- Create compelling executive presentations, leadership messages, business updates, and external-facing narratives.
- Shape clear, consistent messaging that helps employees, customers, and senior stakeholders understand Intuitive India’s business priorities and growth journey.
- Convert data, strategy, and business context into narratives that are sharp, credible, and actionable.
- Partner with senior leaders to communicate major milestones, transformation priorities, and organizational progress.
- Ensure executive communications reflect Intuitive’s mission, values, and leadership voice.
5. Strengthen Internal Alignment and Organizational Communication
- Lead internal communication initiatives that build employee understanding, engagement, and alignment around business priorities
- Work across functions to ensure messages are timely, relevant, and connected to the broader business agenda.
- Help create forums, content, and communication rhythms that enable clarity as the organization scales.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve how strategic priorities are cascaded across teams.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 8-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, business operations, chief of staff roles, executive communications, strategic program management, or related disciplines.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, healthcare consulting, or other complex B2B industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize business data, market information, and qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent executive storytelling skills, including the ability to build sharp, structured, and visually compelling presentations.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen and comfort working across commercial, marketing, finance, clinical, and operational topics.
- Ability to lead high-priority initiatives independently, with strong ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, structuring unstructured problems, and moving quickly from insight to action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- High learning agility, humility, resilience, and a strong bias for action.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation and the role of technology in improving patient care. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline required.
- MBA or advanced degree from a leading institution is required
