Job Description
Primary Function of Position
The SAP Technical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP, Fiori Freestyle, SAPUI5, and RAP. SAP EWM experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Job Duties
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and architects to review requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and support reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and APIs.
Develop solutions using ABAP Objects, CDS views, AMDP, OData, RAP, BADIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and web services.
Build and support Fiori Freestyle, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and RAP applications.
Follow S/4HANA, Clean Core, performance, security, and upgrade-compatible development standards.
Prepare technical designs, perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Analyze performance issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support SAP upgrades, remediation, transports, and testing activities.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, including S/4HANA.
Strong experience with ABAP Objects, CDS views, OData services, enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, Fiori Freestyle, Fiori Elements, and RAP.
Experience with RAP behavior definitions, service definitions, validations, determinations, actions, and draft functionality.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad, authorizations, transports, ATC, debugging, and performance tools.
Strong understanding of Clean Core and SAP development best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.
Required Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
SAP EWM or Embedded EWM development experience.
Experience with EWM BADIs, RF Framework, PPF, warehouse processes, and APIs.
Knowledge of SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, Flexible Workflow, BRFplus, and Integration Suite.
