Job Description
Primary Function of Position
You will become a member of the Digital Global Product Management team helping to lead and support multiple digital ecosystem experiences, both intra-operative and peri-operative, across surgical platform solutions and across their lifecycle. As an upstream strategic and product management expert, you will lead and mentor a team of product managers working with cross-functional partners to evaluate solutions to real customer problems, guide successful product launches and provide strategic expertise throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities for your team will be heavily focused on managing the transitions from ideation and production evaluation ideations through active new product development to global product launch and sustainment. Your team will be a key development and design stage stakeholder for multiple projects and will guide the global system portfolio strategy, inclusive of development long range product roadmaps.
Essential Job Duties
In the first 12 months from start of employment, this team member will build and manage the team that will:
Manage the Hospital Insights pipeline (across multiple hospital functions) and release scoping process, and prioritization for each major and minor release over next 12 months on the My Intuitive or other digital platforms, ensuring desirability, feasibility, and viability requirements are met across the range of workstreams supported
Provide clear and transparent direction to cross functional teams on release timing to ensure appropriate budgeting and planning in the annual cycle
Ensure key transfer of knowledge for commercial roll out activities and ensure support for key content and events
Ensure coordinated commercial readiness of Hospital Insights features for launch of MyIntuitive in target regions, aligned with broader Hospital strategies, including all key company stakeholders and culminating in successful regional commercial readiness evaluations prior to release
Manage the integration of hospital insights into the Digital product strategy and business product roadmap and global commercial expansion planning, evidenced by
Approved strategic initiatives and workstreams during strategic planning
Launch and alignment of Hospital Insights to a broader set of Hospital User product roadmap features and successful adoption in field
Successful business model key performance indicators measured in field
Must work very closely with Hospital marketing, sales leaders, and other BUs to ensure the information to hospital customers sets consistent

Required Experience and Education
• Minimum 10 years experience in product management with a bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Expert knowledge of global medical device regulations
• Strategic portfolio planning and execution abilities
• Budget and resource management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and cross-functional leadership
• Experience managing complex projects and large teams
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and communication skills

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
Base Compensation Range Region 1: $208 000 USD - $312 000 USD
Base Compensation Range Region 2: $176 800 USD - $265 200 USD
Shift: Day
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
