Job Description

Primary Function of Position :

Senior QA Engineer Web Application and AI Testing.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Develop automation code using Selenium Framework for Enterprise application
  • Write SQL queries for data validation as part of testing processes.
  • Build automation frameworks utilizing Java and Playwright.
  • Working knowledge to develop performance scripts using Performance testing such as Neoload or Gatling.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency within QA automation.
  • Lead QA team members for testing and automation initiatives.
  • Coach offshore QA team members to derive technical solutions for complex testing and automation use cases.
  • Collaborate with business users, systems analysts, designers, and programmers to analyze requirements and deliver project documents such as test strategies, testing scopes, and test cases.
  • Publish test results and defect reports during UAT phase to business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and support the QA team with technical clarifications; oversee test automation activities.
  • Motivate, manage performance, and mentor direct reports effectively.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 9+ years of hands-on Selenium development experience for Salesforce applications.
  • 5–7 years of experience automating SAP test cases.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage QA activities across both manual and automated testing efforts.
  • Experience overseeing test planning, execution, defect management, and assessing release readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor QA team members, supporting performance and skill development.
  • Drive automation strategy, framework adoption, and continuous improvements in test coverage.
  • At least 4–5 years in a supervisory QA leadership position.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with tools such as TOSCA (for data), Perfecto (for mobile automation), and qTest (for test case management).
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Expertise in initiating change, driving process improvements, and streamlining QA operations.
  • Strategic mindset with outstanding leadership and influencing abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and coaching QA engineers across levels of experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience presenting QA progress and results to senior management and executive-level audiences.

Qualifications

Required Education and Training :

  • Minimum B.S. in in Computer Science, IT, Analytics or a related discipline

Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Knowledge on GxP validated process
