You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, leveraging talent market intelligence, data, and recruiting expertise to attract exceptional talent and influence workforce decisions.

What You'll Do

Strategic Talent Partnership

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and current and future talent needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and talent market expertise.

Talent Attraction & Recruitment

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse and highly qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize networking, referrals, recruitment marketing, industry events, and direct sourcing to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Full Lifecycle Recruiting

• Lead all aspects of the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Drive timely execution while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate interview strategy, candidate assessments, offer discussions, and final hiring decisions.

Data, Process & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage recruiting metrics, talent intelligence, and market data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and candidate experience.
• Lead or participate in projects that drive continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.
• Support hiring leader development through training, coaching, and interview best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment.
• Proven success delivering high-quality hires across multiple functions and skill sets.
• Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring leaders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage market insights and recruiting data to drive hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, engineering, or technology environments.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success recruiting passive talent for highly competitive or hard-to-fill positions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.
