Job Description
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver custom applications across our technology stack. You'll work hands-on with React, Node.js, Python, and Java, using AI-powered development tools like Windsurf and Claude to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and tackle complex implementation challenges. This role suits someone who is both a strong engineer and an early adopter of AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom full-stack applications end-to-end, from requirements gathering through production support.
- Build responsive, performant front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Leverage AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude) for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, and documentation.
- Integrate with databases, third-party APIs, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with appropriate documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production environments.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building back-end services in at least two of: Node.js, Python, Java.
- Solid understanding of REST API design; experience consuming and building APIs.
- Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day development, including effective prompting and validating AI-generated code.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on full features.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to frameworks such as Next.js, Express/Nest.js, FastAPI/Django, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into production applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
- Experience with message queues, caching layers, or event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Pytest, JUnit) and TDD practices.
- Background in agile/scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
