- Interviewing: You’ll meet with one or more members of our team to discuss the role, your experience, and what it’s like to work at Intuitive.
- Notifying: Once a decision is made, we’ll update you on your application status. If you receive an offer, your recruiter will guide you through the details so you can make an informed choice.
- Onboarding: If you join Intuitive, our onboarding process ensures you have the resources and support you need to succeed from day one.
Most applications are reviewed within five business days, though busy periods may take a little longer. From your first interview to final decision, the hiring process typically spans 30–45 days.
