Job Description
Realizar conteos cíclicos del inventario de materias primas establecido en el DOP de Conteo Cíclico, con el objetivo de mantener un alto nivel de precisión. Responsable de generar informes, registrar la ubicación física y el conteo de artículos. Preparar informes de conteos cíclicos, investigar discrepancias de inventario y conciliarlas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del procedimiento de inventario.
- Conteos precisos en las ubicaciones asignadas.
- Asistir y realizar la investigación para resolver problemas de inventario.
- Adoptar y dar seguimiento al protocolo de seguridad ISI para el almacén y las áreas de producción.
- Realizar la Descripción de Lote (BD) del material mediante Solicitud de Variación (VR).
- Verificar las cantidades de VR realizadas por cambio.
- Auditar los desechos reportados por Cambio en el Formulario de Transferencia de Material (MT).
- Asistir en las actividades relacionadas con la purga de materiales.
- Separar el material de desecho según la solicitud del analista de inventario o supervisor.
- Otras funciones asignadas.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Bachillerato/ Carrera Técnica.
- Experiencia como contador ciclo, técnico de almacén o de ensamble.
- Conocimientos de control de inventario.
- Experiencia con herramientas y equipos de almacén, incluyendo listas de montacargas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible.
- Persona con iniciativa, orientada al detalle y con capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
- Inglés básico (escrito/hablado).
- Conocimientos de MS Office.
- Conocimientos de sistema SAP (deseable).
