Primary function of position:
 

The role of the Global HRBP Integration Manager is to lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of business-facing HR initiatives and programs globally. With continued growth globally and the evolution of our HR engagement model, this individual will focus on cross-functional project management with an emphasis on delivery optimization, change management and HR brand management as it relates to consistency of engagement with the business. Directly aligned to the HR business partners (HRBPs), this role will work with the centers of expertise (COEs) to ensure alignment on objectives and delivery effectiveness to the business. An individual contributor role, success will be measured through data and insights from key stakeholders and the building of the global HR Business Partner community.

 
Job Description:
  • Lead in the delivery of HR program readiness to executives; incorporates insights from key stakeholders to build and adjust accordingly comprehensive implementation plans. Identify and provide solutions to risks, inconsistencies, critical dependencies 
  • Collaborate with project managers across COEs and business leaders to improve efficiency and implement related programs or initiatives; represent the voice of the business / HRBPs
  • Drive work globally for HR business partners against agreed upon key deliverables; track and inform teams of project completion status and milestones
  • Directly supports HRBPs in large functional projects as needed
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in business-facing work processes; propose and/or implement innovative approaches to solutions where appropriate
  • Identify and prepare data sets, presentations, etc. to support the needs of the collective HR business partner community to support decision-making and communicating to the business
  • Create process maps to display current state and, where applicable, future state workflows Supports the change management in process implementation
  • Serve as a resource to identify and research best practices, benchmarking data and other supporting documentation for various topics
  • Establish appropriate library of resources for HR Business Partners; enable easy access to information and establish appropriate communication mechanisms
  • Coordinates and prepares a wide range of logistical support throughout project including: meeting set-up, documentation, material compilation, and tracking action items.

Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management role; experience as HR Business Partner preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal in a global, fast-paced, always-on, highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to work effectively both as team player and independent contributor
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Highly organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and with different global regions that have different understandings and level of support for the project
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, as well as cultural differences
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and interpret results
