Intuitive is looking for a sharp, efficient, and highly engaged Project Manager to join our Brand and Creative team.

 

Position Description

Intuitive’s Brand and Creative team is looking for a Project Manager to support the management and delivery of various types of Marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.

This role will require strong cross-functional communication skills, excellent attention to detail, an understanding of marketing creative deliverables, and a tenacious drive to keep projects on track. The project manager will facilitate collaboration with various internal departments, internal reviewers and external marketing agencies. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating project plans, fostering communication and coordination between functional groups, identifying risks and mitigations, and providing updates on project status.


Responsibilities

  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s).

  • Manages program meetings, notes and assignments, leveraging and creating templates as needed

  • Manages collaboration with marketing agencies, forecasts budget, manages time constraints

  • Communicates overall project status, decisions, issues and risks, effectively tailoring communications for appropriate audiences

  • Interface and coordinate with subject matter experts and project teams located around the world

  • Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, and new technology

  • Proven effectiveness when working under pressure and in fast pace environment

  • Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams

  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem solve, and multi-task

  • Work with appropriate internal customers to identify and coordinate new project requirements and develop project scope

  • Assigns, schedules, reviews, facilitates kickoffs, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time

  • Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including internal customers, management and project teams affected by the project

  • Ability to understand the customer journey and provide input and suggestions on campaign strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred, PMP or another Project Management Certification welcome
  • Solid, demonstrated (5+ years) cross-functional content project management experience, in particular building, implementing, maintaining, and improving industry leading content project management processes and procedures, as well as managing detailed schedules and projects across dozens of contributors/reviewers and complex content initiatives

  • Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, Clinical departments developing content and managing content production; general understanding and interest of medical terminology

  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, to technical, business, and executive stakeholders; expert-level fluency in written English, understanding of French and German, ability to work across multiple regions and time zones

  • Capacity to use Project Management software

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, identify and resolve problems while juggling multiple projects

  • Excellent self-management skills

  • Experience leading projects at an agency

  • Medical device or regulated industry experience a plus
