Intuitive is looking for a creative, highly engaged Senior Designer to join our growing Brand and Creative design team.



As Senior Designer, you will play a lead role in the strategy, design, and execution of materials promoting our products across different media, including web, advertising, editorial and print. You are obsessive about typography and the use of grids and design systems. You will be motivated to explore new art direction for distinctive photography and illustration. You will find your voice as a champion for consistency across all brand and communication touch points. You will translate business needs into compelling customer experiences—relying on your strong design and production experience—print and digital. You will synthesize project inputs, collaborate with writers, and explore a variety of design solutions that expand the brand design language and create powerful go-to-market materials. While establishing your own design voice and delivering impact, you will also mentor junior team members. You are well versed working with external vendors when needed to get projects produced with high production value and in a timely fashion. You are curious, passionate, and a self-starter with an exacting eye for detail.



  • Turn user needs and business goals into compelling tools and experiences

  • Design evocative solutions that establish new benchmarks for the brand and business
  • Work systematically so your designs scale across business and across geographies
  • Iteratively explore solutions and socialize your thinking with collaborators, stakeholders and decision makers
  • Actively shape and enforce visual consistency across all communications and channels
  • Lead internal stakeholder presentations—concepts and design intent to cross-functional partners
  • Design and build presentations that can be talked through but also stand on their own
  • Execute designs from concept through final production
  • Generate creative assets to support our marketing and sales team 



  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design and related work experience
  • 9-12+ years of experience designing for in-house marketing team, start up, or agency
  • 7+ years of brand and communication design
  • 5+ years of user experience design for software or web
  • Strong visual design skills—typography, color theory, and composition
  • Propose and provide multiple design directions/approaches for projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—must be able to articulate the rationale for every design decision
  • Ability to work within established visual guidelines and frameworks
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe
  • Creative Cloud
  • Clear understanding of how to prioritize and optimize work based on business needs and timelines
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Must be adept at shifting gears
  • Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time
