Intuitive is in an exciting period of rapid growth, and we’re looking for a bright, creative communicator who will help ensure we’re communicating effectively to our global and regional employees.
As a member of the Employee Communications & Engagement team, you will help expand our internal communications infrastructure and processes, scale our programs globally, and coach your clients to effectively communicate in written and spoken form so that they achieve their communications objectives.
Qualifications• Analyze and assess the current state of employee communications and engagement regionally• Localize and implement our global communications strategy to ensure our employees in regions are connected to our culture, mission, strategy, goals, and overarching corporate messaging• Support regional communications using our established client services model and create additional guidelines, processes, and tools to successfully expand client services offerings• Establish and manage communications plans for major internal regional initiatives• Create a multitude of types of content from writing polished messages to crafting compelling stories to designing effective presentations• Partner with the internal programs and events team to scale channels and forums outside of the U.S., as appropriate
In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:
• An aptitude for working across cultures and understanding cultural nuances• Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments• Ability to synthesize complex concepts quickly, navigate ambiguity, and creatively solve tough problems• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to develop effective presentations and polished written communications; writing samples required• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude• Ability to stay calm under pressure• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Degree in English, communications, public relations, or journalism preferred• 8-10 years of related work experience with Internal Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications background preferred• Background in medical device/health care industry preferred
