Must be concurrently enrolled and returning to an academic program in the fall in an accredited degree-seeking program.

Primary Function of Position:

As a Human Resources (HR) Operations intern, you will be responsible for supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the HR Operations team on a wide range of tasks and specific priority projects. You will gain exposure to a variety of business functions, build conceptual knowledge and hands-on industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the responsibilities within your assigned role, you will have the opportunity to network with employees across different business groups and different levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the HR Operations Team and partner with business facing HRBPs
• Research, analyze, and compile information for reports and special projects
• Optimize the HR Intranet Site and make recommendations for improvements
• Perform administrative tasks in support of HR programs as defined by the team and other additional duties as needed
• Attend intern trainings and events


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• Currently pursuing a degree (BA, MBA,) in Business Management with HR emphasis, or related field
• Ability to interact with others effectively within HR and cross-functionally
• Ability to research and identify problems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to think logically and execute tactically
• Must be currently enrolled in school seeking a BS/BA degree

Learning Outcomes:

• Become familiar with Intuitive’s philosophy and be able to apply it in assigned tasks and projects
• Apply learnings of Human Resources Operations in assigned projects (HR Intranet optimization project, job architecture framework project, and other priority projects/tasks.)

Commitment: Must be available to work full-time hours, M-F for 10-12 weeks beginning Summer of 2019.
