Primary Function of Position:

Intuitive Surgical is among the fastest-growing healthcare companies focused on medical technology. Reporting into the sales organization, the Senior Administrator works closely with executive leadership to enhance and maintain the information system that helps drive da Vinci minimally invasive robotic surgery market penetration. The organization will depend on you to improve corporate intelligence by providing strategic information to leadership resulting in increased competitive strength of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position has responsibility and authority to:

• Manage and enhance the enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) information system to better drive adoption of robotic surgery
• Improve system operating efficiencies, configuration, and accuracy of critical data
o Enhance CRM usability and functionality
o Import / Export data, conduct mass updates or deletions of data elements
o Edit and execute reports or searches for users
o Manage all user profiles and interfaces, conduct system setup and customization
o Design and develop solutions with the larger IT team by analyzing impact on interface integration including SAP, HANA, BOXI, Tableau, etc.
o Perform testing and sign off
o Project Management activities for required edits, including technical change documentation
o Ensure data accuracy via creating and managing cleanup projects

• Support sales strategy development through information technology
• Create documentation, maintain standardization and identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Liaison with on new releases and quarterly updates; evaluates new technology and acts as business administrator and first/second level support
• Responding to issues, change requests, and other administrative needs of end users
• Develop & maintain new processes to maintain data integrity and performance
• Serve as the CRM business knowledge consultant for 1,500+ worldwide personnel across all departments
• Participate in cross functional-teams to develop solutions to system issues

o Collaborate with End Users to proactively identify usage, needs, and functionality gaps
o Define business requirements to meet corporate needs

• Maintain ease of use and data integrity to allow for systematic and accurate sales targeting
• Execute Sales & Marketing quarterly updates, including, but not limited to:
o Uploading and maintaining quotas, territories, and security settings
o Marketing and physician education initiatives
o Campaign Management within

• Upload essential market data to support performance metrics and ensure optimal sales team deployment
• Educate the sales force about the power of CRM systems during their sales training
• Train users on new systems and processes

Competency Requirements:

Competency is based on: education, training, skills, and experience. In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud Certified
• Experience successfully deploying and managing within an organization
• Ability to create Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page layouts, Custom Tabs, Reports and various other components as per the client and application requirements
• Extensive customization experience on various standard objects including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products; and Price Books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Forecasting, Reports and Dashboards
• Extensive experience with administering and configuring features including workflows, case assignment configuration and approval processes
• Experience in Business Transformation
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to support multiple projects concurrently
• Advanced Excel skills (MS Access or other database and SAP skills preferred)
