You’ll play a key role in HR Systems function by working and collaborating with key stakeholders to design, test, deploy, and manage our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and work with IT and internal partners to design HR system enhancements and bug fixes through quarterly releases
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Designs, coordinates and conducts system testing according to requirements, including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and documenting results.
• Works closely with HR Stakeholders to provide support on applicable HR system updates, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, and communication.
• Leads major initiatives for implementation of new Human Resources systems processes and/or procedures.
• Ability to build and maintain front end BI reports in Oracle. Maintain HR Systems data integrity through regular audits and report validations.
• Partner with the HR PMO to align system requirements against our HR roadmap of projects and programs
• Creates and maintains HR Systems procedure documentation and communicate changes in procedures to applicable Human Resource personnel.
• Coordinates with internal business owners to identify root causes of and solutions to data integrity issues.
• Answers end-user questions and ensures issues are tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Manage relationships with key internal HR stakeholders and external vendors; ensure vendors are delivering on expected results
• Lead system changes and enhancements by building awareness and support with critical stakeholders and business partners; leverage multiple channels (audio, visual, digital) to train and educate stakeholders
• Ensure continuous systems improvement by evaluating results against success measures
• Manage other HR SaaS applications as needed

Skill/Job Requirements: 

• Demonstrated experience with configuring, implementing and managing the full Oracle HCM suite
• In-depth technical experience in systems design, development, integrations and deployment
• Solid understanding of business process management, project management, and technical change management; LEAN experience and/or Six Sigma certification a plus
• Strong business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to partner and influence with all levels of an organization, and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and process mapping applications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ Years Related Experience
