We have attracted some of the best and brightest on our team and now we are seeking entry level Training candidates to join our organization.
The Program Support Specialist (PSS) will provide our customers with onsite technology integration, education and utilization support.  This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Clinical Affairs to ensure that customers have the necessary tools to both launch and maintain a successful da Vinci surgery program.  The PSS will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of onsite education and support programs and collaborate extensively on customer training, engineering and research initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop competency in the following:
    • da Vinci System Technology
    • da Vinci System Applications
    • OR Efficiency
    • Training Pathway processes
    • Training and coaching methodologies/techniques
  • Support integration of Intuitive technology into OR environments
  • Deliver Intuitive technology in-services onsite for hospital OR staffs and surgeons
  • Support utilization of Intuitive technology in the OR
  • Support da Vinci Surgical System troubleshooting and maintenance  
  • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to provide onsite training and education services in alignment with research efforts
  • Align with sales and marketing partners on delivering customized customer assistance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications or Education
  • 4-6 years training experience with proven experience providing training on complex topics and/or technology
  • Experience in an Operating Room environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross departmental team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be flexible with work hours
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
