Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Sr Analyst APAC Services Analytics is a trusted business partner to the APAC Sr Director Customer Experience & Services and the APAC Services Leadership team. The Sr Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis of Asia Services Performance (eg. key operational metrics) and delivering actionable insights to assist the APAC Services team in improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.  This position reports to Manager Services Analytics that oversees Services Analytics in both Europe and Asia, and works closely with Services Analytics team in US to have a global approach while incorporating regional market dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Serve as a business partner to APAC Services leadership, providing performance trends, insights, and recommendations based on data-driven expertise.
  • Analysis: Provide proactive analysis of performance trends for the APAC Services teams, including Field Service, Tech Support, Customer Services, and Digital Support.
  • Prioritization & Project Management: Prioritize multiple projects between the Services groups, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope.
  • Decision Support: Provide in-depth modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions, aligning with the company's objectives, goals, strategies, and tactics (OGST).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting accuracy, and data analytics capabilities by implementing best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Service functions in APAC, be the liaison for Services FP&A team based in US for FP&A activities in Asia.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends that may impact service functions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, sales, and other teams to align business strategies and objectives, supporting cross-functional projects.

 

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Education: A minimum bachelor's degree in finance, business, analytics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or finance strategy roles is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, Python).
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrates ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-financial stakeholders. 
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver with a track record of driving business improvements.
  • Travel: This role requires about 10 to 15% of travel.  Mostly in Asia, with opportunities to travel to US.
