Primary Function of Position:
Lead testing for Enterprise Analytics, Data, Business Intelligence and AI
Essential Job Duties
- Testing Lead for Enterprise Analytics, Data, Business Intelligence and AI Testing
- Work with Business users closely to understand the complexity in Data quality validation requirements
- Lead QA Engineers for Testing Snowflake pipeline, ETL activities/projects
- Write SQL queries to perform backend testing and ETL validation
- Experience in testing Tableau and Reports.
- Experience in testing BI systems and data analysis processes, including ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Strong expertise in data testing such as pre-screening raw data, vital check on completeness ,integrity of data, field tests on Aggregation , Reconciliation tests, Report and App testing
- Work with business users, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze requirements and deliver required project documents test strategy, testing scope and test cases.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Databricks
- Create Test case, Execute Test case.
- Execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Experience supporting enterprise data including master data in SAP
- Publish test results and defects during UAT phase to business users.
- Define opportunities for QA team and support technical clarification and oversee test automation.
- This job is On-site in Sunnyvale, CA, 3 days weekly.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in data modeling, data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, and database testing.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory position
- Exceptional analytic and organization skills
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Proven individual contributor with demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Experience identifying changes, driving improvements, and streamlining processes.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and coach engineers at various experience levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines with changing priorities.
- Experience presenting to senior management & executive-level audiences.
Required Education and Training
- Minimum B.S. in in Computer Science, IT, Analytics or a related discipline
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in automation tools such as TOSCA Data Integrity, Data Gaps or similar tool for data quality testing

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1: $146,000 USD - $210,000 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $124,100 USD - $178,500 USD
Shift: Day
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
