Job Description

Primary Function of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Architect to lead the design and implementation of our advanced analytics and data product architecture, while also playing a key role in integrating these capabilities into our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a seasoned background in developing analytics solutions using ERP data, preferably SAP, and experience leading the technical design and development of complex data products. They will have a deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and visualization techniques and will be able to effectively translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions. This role requires the ability to influence and collaborate across teams, even without direct authority, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of analytics solutions.

Essential Job Duties

  • Work closely with business stakeholders across supply chain functions to understand their analytics needs and translate them into scalable and performant technical solutions.
  • Effectively manage competing requirements in a dynamic supply chain environment, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead the design and development of complex analytics and data products that address supply chain challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage the roadmap for analytics and data products, aligning with supply chain strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all analytics solutions.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization, particularly within supply chain functions, to gain buy-in and support for analytics initiatives.
  • Drive the integration of advanced analytics into key supply chain processes, working closely with process owners to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in data and analytics, particularly as they relate to supply chain management.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience developing analytics solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, or similar tools using ERP data, preferably SAP.
  • Functional understanding and data flows of supply chain systems and processes.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences to foster understanding, influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence without direct authority.
  • Seasoned understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
  • Profound SQL knowledge and experience, including writing complex queries, optimization.
  • Experience leading the technical design and development of complex data products.
  • Previous experience integrating advanced analytics into business processes.

Required Education and Training

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Well-versed statistical background and analytical skills, with a degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Base Salary Range Region 2: $139,400 USD - $200,600 USD
