Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
Expand the utilization of Intuitive Surgical technologies within territory by partnering with customers and internal partners to identify and implement best practices in utilization, training, and optimization of robotic surgery programs. The Manager, Genesis Programs will manage a team of field-based consultants and specialists focused on delivering best practices in successful management of sustainable robotic surgery programs with an emphasis on standardization, efficiency and safety.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage initiatives within customer accounts in territory
- Hire, train and develop team members
- Set and manage implementation goals
- Educate sales team on best practices of Genesis program utilization and how to implement within their territories
- Drive alignment of program with sales teams and ecosystem partners within territory through collaboration with regional leaders
- Manage T& E budgets across team
- Conduct and support clinical training programs for surgical teams as needed
- Participate in project teams or otherwise provide support, feedback and insight related to product integration to marketing, product development, and regulatory teams
- Manage requests for field support related to product CAPA as needed
- Improve training programs including updates of training materials and training segments
- Present metrics and milestones at department and executive meetings
- Create & report outcomes of relevant (electronic) surveys
- Participate and manage the launch of new products or procedures
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Minimum 10 years professional experience with proven expertise in providing training, consulting or service on complex topics and/or technology
- Minimum B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience
- Understanding of all Intuitive technology platforms and applications in clinical specialties
- Direct customer interface experience (Managing accounts and customer relationships)
- Proven ability to mentor and develop the skills of others
- Experience with creating and managing a training project/initiative with measurable outcomes
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and local language as required
- Ability to travel up to 70%

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1: $147,600 USD - $212,400 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $132,800 USD - $191,200 USD
Shift: Day
Travel: 75% of the time
Workplace Type: Remote - This job will be remote and/or the job is designed to be performed outside of the office. Employees will come onsite when requested by the leader.
