Job Description
Primary Function of Position
QA Architect oversees and drives quality assurance of Enterprise Analytics, Enterprise Data, and AI. QA Architect collaborates with multiple teams to ensure data integrity and validation using the right tools and automation.
Essential Job Duties
- Oversees manual and automated testing of Enterprise Analytics, Data, and AI Testing
- Oversees QA team of contractors for Testing and Automation activities/projects
- Coach offshore QA team members in deriving solutions for complex testing use cases
- Write SQL queries to perform backend testing and ETL validation.
- Experience in testing Tableau and Reports.
- Experience in testing BI systems and data analysis processes, including ETL processes.
- Excellent understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Expertise in data testing such as pre-screening raw data, vital checks on completeness and integrity of data, field tests on Aggregation, Reconciliation tests, Report and App testing
- Work with business users, systems analysts, designers, and programmers to create and review requirements and deliver required project documents, test strategy, testing scope, and test cases.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Databricks
- Create Test case, Execute Test case.
- Execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Experience supporting enterprise data including master data in SAP
- Publish test results and defects during UAT phase to business users.
- Define opportunities for QA team and support technical clarification and oversee test automation.
- Ability to motivate, manage performance, and mentor direct reports effectively.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in data modeling, data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, and database testing.
- Minimum 4-5 years in a supervisory position
- Minimum3+ year of experience in in tools such as TOSCA or similar tool for data and, Perfecto for Mobile Automation and qTest for Test case management.
- Exceptional analytic and organization skills
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Proven individual contributor with demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Experience identifying changes, driving improvements, and streamlining processes.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and coach engineers at various experience levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines with changing priorities.
- Experience presenting to senior management & executive-level audiences.
Required Education and Training
- Minimum B.S. in in Computer Science, IT, Analytics, or a related discipline

- Knowledge on GxP validated processes.
This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $141,400 USD - $203,400 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $120,100 USD - $172,900 USD

Travel: 10% of the time
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
