Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The IT Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for managing the company's real estate IT infrastructure projects. His/her role will be to manage the IT infrastructure part of a variety of projects in the field of plants and business offices. The IT Project Manager will take care of large-scale, highly visible projects, from vision to implementation.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can participate in the planning and execution of our projects, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmap discussions and project execution.

Your skills will include cross-team collaboration, schedule management, conflict resolution and risk mitigation. You will ensure that we deliver the work committed, share ideas and impacts based on the work delivered. You have the experience and skills to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver initiatives. With a strong analytical mind and the desire to participate in our PM organization and improve the quality of our work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate regular project team meetings, team coordination, action point follow-up, take minutes and communicate.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while respecting project management objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage large-scale projects while anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Build integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Able to produce clear, integrated reports and dashboards for executive staff.
  • Manage and influence large cross-functional team(s).
  • Deliver meaningful insights and information using tools such as Anaplan and Smartsheet.
  • Assist in the deployment of the IT project management tool ecosystem, while leading project management projects.


Skill and Job Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience in a waterfall environment.
  • Experience leading project planning sessions with strong prioritization skills and the ability to identify the critical path.
  • Clearly articulate the Business Value (in terms of ROI) for the work/projects committed to the leadership team.
  • Possess solid communication skills and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using waterfall process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of deliverables.
  • Proven experience in managing project and releases in a large-scale environment.
  • Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executive consumption, while bringing in data from different systems.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities who can drive projects to completion.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues.
  • Stress resistant and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP and Agile certification preferred.
