Job Description

Essential Job Duties

  • Reviews current benefits to recommend improvements aligning with industry practices and company goals.
  • Manages implementation, coordination, evaluation, and evolution of health and wellbeing programs, including medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, and point-solutions
  • Responsible for the global mobility program policy and vendor management
  • Oversees relationships with benefits service providers to ensure that members are receiving optimal service
  •  Facilitates identification and resolution of vendor/provider issues
  • • Works with benefits broker to negotiate benefits coverage, services, and costs with carriers
  • Manages projects to improve benefits systems, processes, and effectiveness
  •  Partners with Finance team on the annual and monitoring of the benefits budget
  •  Plays a vital and influential role working with others, in groups, in cross-functional settings, and with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Manage and manage a small team of benefits professionals, providing coaching and performance management

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Minimum 10+ years benefits experience, including 3 years in management.
  • Exceptional knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s with the ability to learn and understand emerging state\/federal regulations requirements.
  • Self-starter that takes the initiative to identify process challenges and suggest improvements proactively.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing global mobility programs
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing dynamic organization
  • Demonstrated proven project management skills
  • Experience studying and leveraging data to influence business decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across a large, complex organization to create and launch innovative, successful programs and solutions

Base Salary Range Region 2: $144,200 USD - $216,200 USD

Workplace Type: Purposeful Onsite - This job requires being onsite for leader-defined events and activities which could be monthly/annually. Onsite frequency may increase based on business need.
