Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
As a key member of the People Systems, Data & Analytics organization, you will be responsible for improving the functionality of core HR systems, including, but not limited to Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition applications. You will build deep partnerships with our HRLT, COE, HRBL and IT leadership teams. You will act as a champion for new ways technology can advance HR through process efficiency and automation while delivering an enhanced employee experience. You will play a key role designing, implementing, and maintaining HR systems and solutions, as well as ensuring data accuracy, security, and privacy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical product managers and ensure they are thriving in their career by ensuring they receive the development and coaching needed to succeed
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the current market, including staying ahead of industry best practices and future trends; making recommendations for change, when appropriate
- Collaborate on a long-term technology strategy in sync with Intuitive’s business growth goals and people priorities; provide input on HR technology roadmap
- Act a key liaison between internal customers, technical resources, and vendors
- Assist with defining functional systems requirements to meet evolving business needs
- Lead, mentor and coach a team through complex decision-making on technology solutions while delivering on the HR technology roadmap
- Build and execute detailed implementation plans including: discovery, design, QA/test, deploy and support
- Act as a point of escalation for system challenges or needs
- Support technical troubleshooting and issues with vendors and technology partners.
- Manage multiple vendor relationships and drive key product enhancements on behalf of Intuitive
- Partner with our internal employee support teams and project management teams on process documentation, communication and training
- Monitor and drive the priorities and workload of the overall People Systems team
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years HR technology project implementation experience with proven results in creating technical strategies, developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies and business process re-engineering
- Minimum 7+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related technical fields
- Experience with global / international company with employee populations across multiple regions
- Strong customer orientation and superb communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with technical, functional and executive audiences. Strong personal and technical influencing skills
- Strong collaborator; can engage and influence partners across the company. Interacts frequently with internal and external senior level leadership
- Process orientation and technical project management skills, experience with multiple project methodologies including Agile / iterative development a plus
- Familiarity with US and Global data privacy laws, GDPR and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Experience with HR technologies including: Oracle HCM, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Clickboarding and Service Now
- Experience with process development in the HR technology space or custom application development
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and creating clarity out of ambiguity
- Management consulting experience is a big plus.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1: $205.800 USD - $308.800 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $175.000 USD - $262.400 USD
Shift: Day
Travel: 25% of the time
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
